Some accessories come with certificates of calibration due to the complexity and importance of their accuracy. Some oscilloscope probes have certificates (see related article), but the SEM5000A E-Calibration modules are a good example of an RF accessory that has its own certificate of calibration. Here is a sample.
One more example of an accessory that has additional accuracy data is the V26-N35FA35F-25IN and V26-N35MN35F-25IN cables. This isn't a certificate, but it includes high frequency response data for the cable. Here is an example.
